Our offices and unit are based in Leeds from where we deploy our vehicles every day , covering a large area across the whole of Yorkshire, specialising in cleaning and restoring hard landscaped driveways, car parks, buildings, pavements, patios and decking across both residential and commercial properties.

Unfortunately, due to the UK climate, hard standing surfaces can become infested and overrun with weeds, grass, algae, lichen, and moss; this often means it can start to look a bit of an eyesore, sometimes leading to safety issues.

Our equipment
Unlike domestic power washers we can control the force and water flow so your surface can be cleaned powerfully, but also safely and efficiently so that the integrity of the surface is not compromised.
We’re very proud to operate industry-leading equipment, operating at 250 bar pressure using up to 29 Liters of water every
minute; vastly superior to domestic machinery as well as most of our competitors.
We have a range of attachments for the jet wash unit to ensure the best outcome. Our specially designed 36-inch flat surface cleaners are an essential tool when cleaning areas that may be trafficked by pedestrians, because the water and pressure is contained to reduce the risk of collateral damage. When used for cleaning block paving it is designed to remove the top 10mm of sand and contaminated growth from the joints, which will then be replaced with fresh sterile, kiln dried sand, which will now resist growth for a reasonable amount of time. This flat surface cleaner is also used on a variety of other surfaces. We also use a turbo lance which forms a powerful spiral motion which is used to remove any stubborn stains/weeds etc. Lastly, we use a fan lance with controllable variable speed power adjustment which is used in a variety of ways. It forms a very powerful fan which can be used to move loose debris from the surface before the main clean or to push any volumes of standing water towards drains. It’s always used at the end of every job for the final rinse down and perfect spot-free finish.
